There are two options for cancelling your orders on HitBTC.
On the main page scroll down to the “My Orders and Trades” section. The first tab is “Active orders,” where you can find the “Cancel” buttons to the right of each order.
Note: this section displays orders and trades for the current market only. If you can’t find an order there, most likely you placed your order in another market (for example, not C20/BTC but C20/ETH). Switch to the other market in the Instruments section and try searching once again.
Another option for cancelling an order is to go to the Reports page, “My Orders” tab. There you can filter active orders and click the “Cancel” button to the right of the order you wish to cancel.
