1. Determine which section you are experiencing problem with.
Here is the list of sections with the descriptions of problems which can be solved in each of them.
For example, if you have lost your deposit, proceed to the "Deposits" section.
2. Find your problem
In each section the right column lists all possible issues and questions. The left column is a list of instructions and other useful tips on the topic.
For example, for tips on how to find your deposit, open "Where is my deposit?" article.
3. Use one of the tips to solve the problem or submit a request.
In each article you can find a solution to any known problem or question.
For example, "Where is my deposit?" article contains reasons of deposit missing and steps to resolve the issue by yourself.
In the very end of the article there is a form to submit a request to Support Team in case none of the steps work out.
