Transaction hash is a unique identificator of any transaction sent to blockchain. Usually it consists of several numbers and letters and can be mentioned on different services as transaction id, hash, TXID, etc.
To find hash for a transaction initiated using a service/wallet other than HitBTC, open payment history on that service and look up for one of the above names.
Transaction hash of HitBTC withdrawals can be found on the bottom of your Account page at "Latest transactions" section and on Payment History tab of Reports page.
In "Latest transactions" section transaction hash can be seen by clicking "?" button next to the status column. Please note that hash is being formed within а certain period of time after the withdrawal has been initiated, and the amount of time depends on network load.
To locate your transaction in blockchain explorer, just click the transaction hash. The page of this transaction on blockhain explorer website will be open so that you could see the status.
Apart from transaction hash, each transaction has internal id which looks like this: bqb389fa4-813a-47b6-e8fh-2ebe207c1a2h.
Please note that this id defines a transaction only on HitBTC website, it will not help you locate your transaction in blockchain.
Why do you need a transaction id? You will need to find your withdrawal id in case your withdrawal is pending without transaction hash. This will be the only identificator for your withdrawal to submit a request to our Support Team. Should you encounter this problem, proceed to the article.
Transfers between main and trading accounts are reflected in the same section and do not have transaction hashes as these are internal transactions not sent to blockchain.
