First of all, you need to make sure that deposits of the chosen currency are currently available. To do that, please proceed to System Health page and find the currency status in the first column "Deposits". In case the status is "Red", it means that your deposit might be delayed and will come through once the deposits get enabled.
Secondly, you need to generate your wallet address. To do that please proceed to your Account page or just click the green "Deposit" button.
Find a row of currency you want to deposit and click the fund button. This will generate your wallet address.
Important: if you have generated address before, make sure it has not changed. All old addresses remain connected to your account, but they might be disabled eventually. So it is always important to use the most recent address for your deposits.
For ETH tokens: please generate a new address by clicking "Create new" button if you have not done so after 10 May 2018.
Use this address to initiate a transaction at third party services. Please note that for each asset in your account there's a separate unique address. It’s not possible to send certain coin to the wrong address successfully.
Some currencies (e.g. XRP, XEM, ZRC, ARDR) have additional identifier fields generally called Payment ID (e.g. DestinationTag for XRP, Message for XEM).
It is crucial not to forget to insert this data to a separate field when sending a deposit. In case you haven't done it, it would be necessary to contact our support. Find out more.
Once your funds reach HitBTC, you will see a pending transaction at the very bottom of the Account page, in the "Latest transactions" section. It will be available shortly.
